The osmolarity (osmotic concentration) of the filtrate does not change from the beginning to the end of the promixal convoluted tubule (PCT), staying out 300 mOsm/L. What does this mean in terms of reabsorption and secretion of water and solutes between the beginning and end of the PCT

Answer:Although the kidneys are the major osmoregulatory organ, the skin and lungs also play a role in the process.
