Add total rolls:

The number of rolls is the height of each bar:

14 + 12 + 16 + 15 + 13 = 70

70 total rolls

The numbers greater than 3 are 4 and 5

4 was rolled 15 times and 5 was rolled 13 times

15 + 14 =28 Total times

The prInability of that happening would be 28/70 which reduces to 2/5

The answer as a fraction is 2/5 which is 40% as a percentage.
