x = 20

y = 50

Explanation:

10x + 2y = 300 | ×2 |

8x + 4y = 360 | ×1 |

20x + 4y = 600

8x + 4y = 360

x = 240/12

x = 20

10x + 2y = 300

10(20) + 2y = 300

200 + 2y = 300

2y = 300 - 200

2y = 100

y = 100/2
