Explanation:

4.3+5.3+ 6.8+ 2.6 + 3.2 +4.4 +4.8= 31.4 kg

Last fish= y

(31.4 + y)÷ 8= 4.3125

31.4 + y= 4.3125 x 8

y= 34.5 - 31.4

∴ y= 3.1 kg
