Option B: they aren't congruent (you can tell just by looking at them) congruent implies that they are identical in side length and angle

Option C: its option C since just by looking at the figure, we know that the side length arent the same, and non of the angles are congruent to each other (excpet angle J since its a vertical angle).

option D: not all triangles are similar
