y = 0.5x + 50.95

Explanation:

Given y is total cost while x is total miles

Slope: m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = (75.95-65.95)/(50-30) = 10/20 = 0.5

y = mx + b

y = 0.5x + b

75.95 = 0.5(50) + b

b = 50.95

Slope intercept form: y = 0.5x + 50.95
