The answer is 1/6p - 4/5.
-2/3 is equivalent to -4/6
-4/6 + 5/6 is basically 5/6 - 4/6 so it is 1/6
1 is equivalent to 5/5
1/5 - 5/5 is -5/5 + 1/5 which is - 4/5
Combine both and you get :
1/6 p - 4/5
