Social justice is a political or philosophical theory that is focused on just relations among groups innrge society. It transcends justice under civil and criminal law as well as other traditional frameworks.

Social justice incorporates moral values in dealing with justice among groups in society. It suggests that all people in society should have equal access to health, wealth, justice and other opportunities regardless of their economic or political status in society. In economic perspective, social justice involves redistribution of wealth from groups considered to be exploitative and oppressing to groups considered to be exploited and oppressed.
