We can find if the sides given are the sides of a right triangle by using pythogoras theorem.

Here, the largest side is 500ft.

So,

√[(480x480) +(140x140) ]

= √[(230400) +(19600) ]

= √(250000)

= 500

The pythogoras theorem is proved.

So, the playground is in the shape of triangle.
