Pleaseee help me ASAP!!

Although smoking for only a few minutes can alter a person’s DNA, only 10% to 15% of smokers actually suffer from lung cancer. It has to do with the genetic predisposition of how the body handles toxins inhaled from the cigarettes. In the United States, about 42.1 million people smoke.

What is the range of the number of smokers in the United States who will suffer from lung cancer (10% to 15% of the sample)?

Answer:

4.21 to 6.315

Explanation:

First what i would do is divide it by ten to get 4.21 that would be the answer for 10 percent and then do the same with fifteen to get 4.21 to 6.15.
