So all we need to do now, is set up the equation to angle 1 being equal to angle 2.

(63 - 2x) ← [angle 1] = (72 - 3x) ← [angle 2]

Solve;

63 - 2x = 72 - 3x

+2x +2x

63 = 72 - 1x

-63 -63

9 - 1x = 0

+1x +1x

9 = x, the value of 'x' measures 9°.
