56cm²

Explanation:

First I started to multiply the 4 by 4 triangle. 4x4=16. Since there are to triangles with the same lengths there wouldn't be any point of dividing the 16 because I would just add it right back. So now you have the area of two triangles which is 16. For the two isosceles triangles I would multiply 10 by 4 and do the same thing by not dividing it by 2 because it wouldn't make a difference when I added the other triangle. So now you have two areas 16 and 40 all you have to do is add them together and you have your answer.
