Carlos wants to build a fence around his garden. The perimeter measures 50 ft. and one side measures 16 ft. Find the missing length.

34 ft.

Explanation:

The perimeter is the measure of the exterior of a figure, for example if you have a square with each side of 5 ft. the perimeter would be 20 ft, becasue we know that a square has four sides and the sum of the sides gives 20 ft. So if the total lenght is 50 ft. and one side is 16 ft. the lenght that we dont know would be 50 ft. - 16 ft. and that is 34 ft.
