Im sleep deprived. What are some methods to fall asleep fast and on command?! Thank you

Lower the Room temperature this'll help your body sleep faster-also Do not look at your clock also you should Watch What and When You Eat. For example,Turkey has a substance in it that makes you sleepy-the last one is try not to take Day time naps when you do your body has already rested and can't sleep until they have letted all that energy out.
