The answer is -10.

Explanation:

3+7= ten right? Notice that the numbers have negitive signs?

If the numbers are BOTH negitives than it stays a negitive! If the positive is more than the negative then the answer if positive.

(Ex. -5+8=3)

If the negative if more than positive then the answer will be negitive!

(EX -7+5=-2)
