the percentage change =

( new-old / old ) x 100

(11.50-10)/10 = 0.15

0.15 x 100 = 15%

Percentage Change = (new rate - old rate) / (old rate)

New Rate = 11.5

Old Rate = 10

(11.5 - 10) / 10

1.5 / 10 = 15 / 100 = 0.15 = 15%

The percentage change in her hourly rate is 15%.

Hope this helps!
