Why is Tungsten (74) much stronger than Aluminium (13)
though both are metallic?

Answer: Because it does not undergo oxidation and it has a very high melting point when it glows in bulb it temperature goes upto 2500°C

The strength is mainly depends on the some of factors which are described below.

●molecular structure:- The molecular structure is responsible fir the intermolecular force of a metal or material which causes the increase and decrease of strngth of a metal. Tungsten molecular structure is much stringer then that of aluminium.

●Temperature:-The temlerature also plays a rule in the strenghtNess of a metal. Tge high temprature makes a metal soft.

●Composition :- The composition is mostly important for the strengthnesa of material. For ex the pure iron metal is much weeker the alotrophy of iron.
