Answer:

80 grams

Explanation:

since butter & flour are in the ratio 2:3

2/5 = 640

then 3/5 = flour(?)

eliminate 5 since it is common so that

2= 640

3= x

cross multiply

x= 3 /2× 640

= 960

640 grams of butter needs to mix with 960grams of flour so that they can be in the ratio of 2:3

960-880 = 80

hence 80 more grams of flour are needed.
