How do health factors like high blood pressure or high cholesterol affect a person’s heart rate? Why are these considered dangerous if either factor becomes too high?

The buildup of cholesterol will cause an unhealthy heart beat which will result in the flow of blood being decreased in built up areas and can ultimately lead to heart attacks.
