Answer:

Total ten students can feed on 6 slices of pizza with each student getting
(3)/(5) of a pizza slice

Explanation:

Given-

Teacher wished to give
(3)/(5) of a pizza slice to each student

This means that each student will get only
(3)/(5) * one slice of pizza

Now the total number of slices of pizza
= 6

Thus,

(3)/(5) of a pizza slice to each student
* total number of students
= 6

Rearranging the above equation, we get -

(3)/(5) * 1 * X = 6

Where X is the number of students

X = (6)/((3)/(5) ) \\X = (5)/(3) * 6\\X = 10

Total ten students can feed on 6 slices of pizza with each student getting
(3)/(5) of a pizza slice
