K= -9

Well, h(x) and g(x) both of x^2, so we can disregard that part.
h(x) has +3 and g(x) has -6.
3 - 9 = -6. (Which makes them equal)

g(x) = h(x) + (-9)
x^ - 6 = x^ + 3 - 9
x^ - 6 = x^ - 6
