Yo how often should i run to be able to increase my stamina towards running?

Well I’m not sure I understand the question but it takes 4 days to get in shape and 2 days to get out of shape so if you want to increase your stamina I would run for about 30 minutes a day and keep increasing from there to go as long as possible without stopping
