The two lines are neither
This is because in order for two lines to be considered parallel, they must have the same slope/ gradient. And none of our equations have the same slope/gradient
Whereas, in order for two lines to be considered perpendicular, their slopes/gradient must multiply together to give -1. And if we multiply the gradients of our equations, we do not get negative one
