width =12

length=14

Explanation:

let it's width =x length=x+2

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

2(x+x+2)=52

2(2x+2)=52

4x+4=52

4x=52-4

4x=48

x=48/4

x=12

width=12

length =x+2
