The answer would most likely be 12.the reason because when you do 75 divided by 3.14 =23.885,then 23.885 divided by 2 is 11.94,when rounded is 12 inches. You welcome,and have a nice day

Okay, we are going to solve this backwards!

First, we need to know that the formula for circumference is

c = π × d

d = diameter

π = 3.14

They told us what the circumference is, so let's plug it in

75 = (3.14) × (d)

let's solve for d

(75)/(3.14) = d

d = 23.88 inches

We must remeber that the radius is HALF of the diameter, so let's divide the diameter by 2

(23.88)/(2) = 11.94

Now, let's round to the nearest whole inch like they suggested

11.94 ≈ 12

The answer is 12 inches!
