Approach by 2 formulas; slope m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) and the
equation of the line is (y-y1)= m*(x-x1) where point 1 is (x1,y1)
and point 2 is (x2,y2)

y = 2x + 11, if you're supposed to convert to y = mx + b
