I think Its a vertical shift up 56.25 units.

If f(x)=x^2, and it transforms into g(x)=(x-7.5)^2

so if x and -7.5 are squared together and -7.5^2 would equal 56.25 units and It isn´t negative so It has to be a clue that it is rising not dropping.
