I need help. I will give 100pts. Reese simplified this expression. What error did he make?

(10m^(3)n^(5))/(5mn^(2))=(10(mn)^(8))/(5(mn)^(2))=2(mn)^(6)

He did not make an error because 2(mn)6 is correct.

He did not divide by 5mn2.

He used a law of exponents on factors with different bases.

He should have divided the exponents for a final answer of 2(mn)4.
