How do you find the change in enthalpy on a potential energy diagram HELP MEEEE

LOL... I don't think my beautiful drawing helps a ton.

But basically in a potential energy diagram, the height distance between the reactants and products is the ∆H, aka the enthalpy change.

If the reactants are higher than products, then the reaction is exothermic.

If the products are higher than reactants, then the reaction is endothermic.
