First, explain the causes and effects of Hitler’s rise to power by doing the following:

• describe the economic issues that led to Hitler’s rise to power in Germany
• describe the political effects of that rise
Then analyze whether Hitler’s rise to power was preventable (by Germany or by other countries) by taking a position and supporting that position with evidence.

Or you can give the information and I will organize it and write it with my own words
