Answer:

4:3

Explanation:

We are given that

Dimension of small rectangle =
3ft* 9ft

Dimension of large rectangle=
4ft* 12ft

Perimeter of rectangle=
2(x+y)

Where x=Length of rectangle

y=Width of rectangle

Using the formula

Perimeter of small rectangle=
P_1=
2(9+3)=24 ft

Perimeter of large rectangle=
P_2=2(12+4)=32ft

(P_2)/(P_1)=(32)/(24)

(P_2)/(P_1)=(4)/(3)

The ratio of the perimeter of the larger rectangle to the perimeter of the smaller rectangle=4:3
