The answer is: 1/64

The only advice I can give you when solving such problems is to memorize your exponent rules.

The exponent rules I used to solve this problem was the quotients rule and the negative exponents rule.

Quotients rule: x^m/x^n= x^m-n

Negative Exponents rule: x^-n= 1/x^n

Answer:

Option B 1/64

Explanation:

\frac{4^{-(11)/(3) } }{4^{-(2)/(3) } } =4^(-11/3+2/3) =4^(-9/3) =4^(-3) =(1)/(4^(3) )=(1)/(64)

Hope this helps
