1. Can we add any two matrices

together? If so, explain why; if
not, explain why not and give an
example of two matrices that
cannot be added together.

Explanation:

If we add two matrices,

there rows and columns must be the same.

For example, consider matrix

\binom{4}{2} \binom{1}{3} + \binom{5}{9}

we cant add these matrices by the first martix had 2 colums and 2 rows.

The second has 1 column and 2 rows.
