4.Esteem Needs: This the feeling of having confidence in oneself and being respected by others. An individual needs to have a high level of self confidence in himself or herself. Low self confidence leads to low self-esteem.
5.Self-Actualization Needs: This is the last need in the hierarchy. It is the feeling of reaching goals or potentials of a person. This occurs when an individual feels they are doing what they are meant to do in life. Self-actualization needs varies from person to person because different individuals have different ambitions or purpose in life.
