Where,

' k' is the spring constant

' d' is the extension of the material

when a force 'f' = 25 pounds stretches a certain spring d= 6 inches,the equation will be

25 = 6 . k

next is to find that how much will a force of 75 pounds stretch the​ spring.

So,
