Order pairs: (-2,-3), (1,6) and (2,9)

Explanation:

y= 3x +3

y= 3(-2) + 3 = -3

y = 3 (1) + 3 = 6

y = 3(2) + 3 = 9

now just plug in the order pairs. remember quadrant I is (+,+) Q2 is (-,+) Q3 is (-,-) and Q4 is (+,-)
