As a result of these cultural nuances and significant subcultures within countries, people view themselves differently around the world and as such view products and services differently as well.

A company that is not of that country then coming in to try to establish themselves might find it hard at first to engage in Business growing strategies such as Segmenting and Targeting as they would first have to learn the cultures of the country and then adapt their strategies to that country making the whole process much more bothersome and complicated.
