Explanation:

In order to find the points to complete the rate of change look at your graph. The intervals (0 and 2) are the x intercepts. If you look at the graph the y intercepts for 0 is 4, and the y intercept for 2 is 8. Then you use the slope formula, y2-y1/x2-x1, 8-4 is 4 and 2-0 is 2, four divided by two is two.
