Can the probability of an event be 1.5? Explain.

No

Explanation:

Probabilities have to be between 0 and 1.

A probability of 0 means that there is NO CHANCE that an event will happen.

A probability of 1 means that the event will definitely (i.e 100%) happen.

Hence an event whose probability of occurring is "more probable" than "it will definitely 100% happen" is meaningless.
