Positive value so it has 2 real solutions.

2. D = (-12)^2 - 4 * 9 * 4

= 144 - 144

= 0.

So it has one real solution.

3. D = 2^2 - 4*1*3

= -8.

It is negative so there are No real solutions.

4. D = 4^2 - 4*2*10 = 16 - 80 = -64.

No solutions.

5. D = (-12)^2 - 4*3*(12)

= 144 - 144 = 0

So its the second choice.
