If triangle equilateral, then h = 3 × 4√3 = 12√3

If side of triangle is "x" , then length of the base is

x² - (
(x)/(2) )² = ( 4√3 )²

4x² - x² = 192

x² = 64

x = 8


A_(triangle) = 8 × 12√3 = 96√3

Triangle area = 1/2 * b * h

Looks like an equilateral triangle, so base and height are the same.

I guess 4 root3 is half of the height? so full height will be twice that, otherwise not enough information is provided.
2* 4 root3 = 8root3

A = 1/2 * 8 root3 * 8 root3
A= 1/2 * 192

A = 96, if my assumptions are correct from that picture.
