you have to find the length of the whole segment. you start by the distance from the computer store to the convention center which is six and square that which is 36. then do the other side which is four, square that, which is sixteen then add both which would equal 52 and then you have to find the square root which is about 7.2 and subtract 3 from it and you get 4.2. i think thats how you do it.
