70 degrees and 150 degrees.

Explanation:

Angles in a quadrilateral always sum to 360 degrees. So, 40+100+7x+15x=360. Solving, 140+22x=360, 22x=220, or x=10. Since the other two angles are 7x and 15x, 7(10)=70 degrees and 15(10)=150 degrees.
