∠ 3 = 63°

Explanation:

∠ 2 and ∠ 3 are adjacent angles and supplementary, thus

∠ 2 + ∠ 3 = 180°, that is

117° + ∠ 3 = 180° ( subtract 117° from both sides )

∠ 3 = 63°
