These lines are perpendicular
This is because the gradients of perpendicular lines must multiply together to make -1
So, when you multiply 3/2 and -2/3 your answer is negative one
So these lines are perpendicular

Answer:

Perpendicular

Explanation:

Perpendicular lines have negative reciprocal slopes

-2/3 negated is

2/3

The reciprocal (flip the numerator and denominator) of 2/3 is

3/2

So, the lines are perpendicular

Hope this helps! :)
