1. Stem cells are unspecialized cells. For example, stem cells can become blood cells, brain cells, or skin cells

2. Embryonic stem cells are different from other stem cells due to their being able to generate all cell types. Stem cells found in adults can only make a few types of stem cells.

3. They are first developed into specific adult stem cells and then injected into the damaged area to begin repairs.
