Explanation:

So like for #3
((7^6)/(9) )^2

When you have an exponent raised to another exponent you would just multiply those two together.

So for the 7 it is raised to the 6 then again to the 2 so you would write this like

7 ^(6×2) which would result in
7^1^2

Now for the bottom, since you don't see an exponent it means it is raised to the power of 1, so 1×2 = 2 so the 9 would be raised to the 2 power.

The full simplification of this would be
(7^1^2)/(9^2)
