4/3 is greater than 4/8
This is because 4/3 is 1.33 in decimal from. Whereas 4/8 is 1/2 in decimal form
So, obviously 4/3 is greater ;)

Answer:

Yes 4/3 is greater than 4/8

Explanation:

This is because 4/3 can also be written as
1(1)/(3), which is a whole number and a fraction, in decimals it is 1.3, but 4/8 is 4 parts out of 8, which is 1/2, or 0.5 and is less than 1, talk less of 1/3.

Next time, use calculators, it will show you the numbers in decimals and you'll get a better picture of which is bigger that way.
