While I cannot relate to this quote for you, I can try to relay what this quote means to me and maybe that will help. :)

This quote, to me, is saying that love is constantly changing its shape and with every relationship (shore) it gets into, it changes. You get something out of it every time. Whether it was advice, self reflection, or a long lasting relationship; love is always growing. We are always learning from our relationships and forming new ones which changes how we feel entirely, and our entirety of love is the sea.
