BC = 7

CE = 7

EA = 18

ABC is a right triangle at point B

we obtain

ABC is a right triangle at point B , BC = 7 and AC = CE + EA = 7 + 18 = 25

then using the Pythagorean theorem:

AB² = AC² - BC²

= 25²-7²

= 576

then

AB = √(576)

=24

AB is the length of one of the tangent segments.
